Still have not been able to contact them, there has been no responses to multiples emails and telephone calls over last two weeks. Terrible company and customer services. Haven't processed credit and referencing checks. FRAUD.

What's the point of having membership with these guys if It's simply impossible to get through them. I have been trying to contact them for days, no one ever picks up the phone. Goes to voicemail and its mailbox is full now, sent an email, no response. I definitely won't be renewing my subscription with them...THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THIS GUYUS ARE RESPONDING TO YOU, AFTER FULL YEAR OF NO SUPPORT< THEY MANAGED TO TAKE ANOTHER £69.99 DESPITE I SAID I AM NOT RENEWING IT> YOUR WEBSITE DOES NOT HAVE FACILITIES TO UNSUBSCRIBE AND YOU NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE OR REPLY TO MY EMAILS, SOI I CANT NOTIFY YOU ANY OTHER WAY THAN THIS!!!!! REFUND MY MONEY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT OR YOU WILL BE REPORTED AS I START THINKING THAT YOUR COMPANY IS SCAM!! I AM SURPRISED YOU MANAGED TO GET YOUR REVIEWS OIN GOOGLE to 4.5 WHILE YOUR SCORE ON TRUSTPILOT IS SHOWING LESS THAN 2.. CLEARLY ALL REVIEWS ON GOOGLE ARE FAKE!!

Do not use this company. They take your money and then are not contactable. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone. They should be removed from the internet as they are stealing money from anyone who joins.

I am currently a member of the BLA and I am extremely satisfied. I have done several courses and have expanded my knowledge of the industry and its rules and regulations, I cannot stress how important and invaluable this is and wish to thank all at BLA for their hard work and dedication. Took a week to get back to me after paying for a service. In the end I had to use a different company. They did apologise and I received a full refund.

I wish I read the reviews before signing up. No response to my queries which I have submitted by email and by their contact form! No one ever answers the phone either. Total rip off!!I have just seen your reply! I would just like to confirm that I was a member when I asked for help and advice. I have since managed to get my money back. It’s took you 2 months to reply to me . . . I think that says it all!

It's a scam company! My husband has paid the membership already but they don't answer the phone and don't reply to the emails.

You have taken a membership payment of £69.95 without my permission. I’m not member of your organisation any more. I have emailed and left a chat message for you to return my money but no response. With this level of customer service, How can you represent someone? Please return my money. Thanks

Avoid this company at all costs, you are wasting your money and time here. They are not regulated by SRA (Solicitors Regulated Authority) and they offer you very poor service! They don't respond to your emails and your calls. They clearly made mistakes in my case and they don't reply to my complaint and they do not refund you when you complain to them. All in all, very poor service.
