Well service not even worthy of one star, there quite happy to service the boiler, but offer no service if it breaks down, that's assuming they answer the phone, it quite clearly states on their website service does include break downs should that event arise, So eventually my calls and voice message was returned by Kevin on a number withheld only too be told they didn't offer any break down service and I would have to call someone else out, a good start too the new year, it was quite urgent as had no heating or hot water and have an 87 dissabled person in the house, anyway your loss the boiler is 13 years old and possibly would need replacement quite soon, which Gas Adept would have normally got the job, but how can I rely on !!!!

Having just moved into a property with a back boiler and having little idea how they work they were amazingly helpful at explaining and showing me everything and gave it a very thorough service! Will definitely use them again!

Kevin and Chris have just installed a new Vaillant boiler for me and as ever have done an exceptional job on what turned out to be a not straight forward project. They serviced my old boiler for 4 years and I had no hesitation in using them to install the new one. Excellent workmanship, courtesy, cleanliness and timekeeping and now secure in the knowledge that they are around to do the servicing and fix any faults should any arise. From making the booking with Sarah to the survey visit and final fitting an excellent service from start to finish.

Moved to a new house which had a boiler fitted by Gas Adept for the previous owners a few years prior. Decided to continue using them for servicing and any other issues and I have to say that Chris and Brad have been fantastic and I'm very pleased that I did. Very knowledgeable and friendly pair who have been a great help whenever needed. Would recommend to anyone!

Chris and Brad have been servicing my boiler for years. They have just installed a new boiler. Very respectful of my home - no mess and no fuss. Boiler delivered on time with Chris and Brad turning up on the agreed day - which they always do. Everything was explained to me - I had a few questions which Chris explained thoroughly. With Chris and Brad I know I have a good boiler and it has been installed correctly with no corners cut. They will be servicing my boiler and central heating system for many years to come.

Chris at Gas Adept has serviced my boiler routinely for about ten years now and he's always friendly, tidy and timely.Today, I actually needed them in a bit of an emergency (no hot water!) so I rang to see if they could squeeze me in as a non-routine appointment. I was delighted they could! Chris arrived when I was told he would and worked methodically to diagnose the problem, explaining what he was doing as he went. I am pleased to say that he seems to have fixed it without the need for a new part (fingers crossed!) so I only needed to pay for his time - money very well spent, I think!

Excellent service. Had never heard of this company until someone I know recommended them. Courteous, punctual, professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Refreshing to find a company that actually delivers when so many others do not .

Great service from the team. Has both boiler services and 5 or 7 radiators replaced as there was a lack of heat downstairs.Have also referred Gas Adept to my contacts and they are happy too.
