3rd visit for my girlfriend who has asthma, she said first visit it helped but after this visit her asthma has improved considerably. She is now confident in starting the process of discontinuing using her preventer pump first thing in the morning and night. It was my first visit, thankfully I have no respiratory conditions but I found it still improved my breathing somehow. It also helps my girlfriends eczema on her scalp and hands. There is plenty of pubic parking nearby which is reasonably priced. The place itself is very clean, you could eat your dinner of the floor of the toilet if you wanted. Overall it is well worth trying if have any respiratory or skin conditions or even if you wanted to try a new way to relax.

My 3-year-old child used to suffer from chronic cough and eczema and whenever he would get a cold, we had to rush to the ER to keep his oxygen levels up. The doctors prescribed him steroids and inhalers.I have heard about the salt therapy from my friend and decided to give it a go as we had nothing to lose at this point. After a few visits to the salt room, the results were amazing as the cough had significantly subsided and the skin condition had improved. Impressed with this, I purchased a 30-session package and kept going two-three times a week. We were astonished with the results as there was no need for a medication with nasty side effects. I am very grateful to the salt therapy. The setting is spotless and relaxing, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, the therapy is effective. Highly recommend!

I am more than satisfied with the results, fast and effective treatment for cold and flu, sterile environment due to salt nature, Oxana (the receptionist) is very lovely and nice lady. I bought 30 session package , it has no expiry date, lasts for ages.

My dad has COPD and we find this little haven benefits him no end.Lovely staff and facilities. I enjoy chilling out for an hour with him.

The BEST massages!There is a massage room here run by May. I get a lot of massages and May is absolutely brilliant. She can mix the type of massage to tailor your specific needs and she has a long list of regular clients. Cannot recommend her massages enough. Also she is such a lovely lady and her prices are very very good too! Very talented and experienced and I will not go anywhere else. 10/10
