Luscombe Mitsubishi Leeds

We had an incredibly unsatisfactory experience with this company. During our trip to Birmingham with our children, our car refused to start. The AA had to tow the car from Birmingham to this garage, and we had to take a train to reach Leeds. The company assured us that the car was in perfect condition and no issues were found.Regrettably, a few days later, we encountered the same issue again while traveling to Wales with our children – the car wouldn't start. Once again, the AA had to tow the car to the same garage, and we were forced to rely on trains to travel from Wales to Leeds.Upon inspection during this visit, the company stated that the 12V battery was completely drained. When I questioned why the 12V battery wasn't checked during the previous visit, the individual named Bobby responded with a shockingly rude attitude and abruptly ended the conversation.Due to the repeated inconvenience and the poor handling of the situation, I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Motor Ombudsman to address these issues.

Went here for the annual service for our MG ,the staff were very helpful and friendly, Our car was booked for a all day appointment, but as I didn't know at the time (wife booked it) I didn't make arrangements to get home after drop off ☹️ they arranged for our car to be done ASAP so I waited and was done in a couple of hrs also wash & valet , would highly recommend for your future service or repair,

Unfortunately, the place used to be excellent but not ANYMORE.I was driving down my vehicle to them for services for three years now and everything has gone down hill.Service does not worth the price as everyone looks not interested in your vehicle. I use to give them my vehicle and get fully charged vehicle on two services they have given me unchanged vehicle back even when I said please charge it.This time they asked me to get them the vehicle at 8am on Saturday and asked for a courtesy car as I am driving from London got refused. Beside they aren't even open at 8am in the morning to hand over my vehicle. I waited 15-20 minutes then walked to suzuki showroom to say to the person that here is the key and my number if you have a problem.Then the engineer did not take the vehicle wheels off for brake checks. What I am paying you for when you do partial service? Excuse was there is no wheel locking nut, which I called them to say its in the dashboard.Asked them to do an estimate on my vehicle, but it did not happen.I'd be better off taking my car to London showroom for service when you have gone badly downhill .....

Excellent service received today. I do not usually use a dealership but i have recently bought a newish car and the problems i had with the car were specific to Mitsubishi. The staff were exceptionally professional and polite. They called me several times to confirm pricing and i was pleasantly surprised the invoice was less than i expected. I will be using them again for my future servicing. I normally am disappointed with customer service in most areas, but it was nice to actually get value for money and a professional service.

Very friendly and helpful staff, not pushy at all and willing to look at doing you a good deal.Sure they are very busy so can take a while for them to get back to you, but well worth chasing as they do want to genuinely help.Good selection of main dealer cars and some independent ones too.Range of options for deals, part exchange, finance etc.Happy to take you for a test drive.Car park small so can be a problem at busy times.Full main dealer facilities for after sales and service etc.Well worth a visit.Thank you

Great experience, I really do feel like I bought a car rather than was sold one! Nathan was a joy to deal with, working hard to make sure all of my asks were met and keeping me updated at all times. Will definitely return and happy to recommend.

Picked my new car up from here and was greeted and treated like family. Handover of the car was done perfectly by Nadeem and the kids even got hot chocolate.Got the perfect test drive of the car back home to Glasgow.What a lovely sales team. Happy experience thank you all
