Very upset because I ordered a size 12 red heart cake with red and pink roses saying happy 13th birthday Louise next day when I picked it up I got a size 16 yellow and white cake with only pink and white roses I said I will not pay anymore because they gave me the absolute wrong cake and I paid the deposit so I said that they should be happy that I don't want my money back and they just didn't say anything keep in mind that I wasn't yelling I was calm because I didn't want to make drama so I don't think I will order from there again

Ordered a vegan vanilla fruit cake for my fiance's birthday. It was tasty, the cream wasn't too sweet, you can taste the vanilla and it was plenty size for the price. The only issue we had was that the strawberries hadn't had their stalks cut off. Not a huge problem but something to change in the future. It was a little difficult to get to, we were lucky to find a space to park a little ways down the road but it's a busy main road so a little hectic. Otherwise all good, we will probably buy again!

I had ordered cake for my daughter first birthday 3 weeks ago.i had paid £50 deposit for my cake and call back again to check if they got my order right and they said they got everything right.on the day of collection they said they have not got my order and they will make my order in 10 mins. We were running late as our guest were already making their way to us. However, they made it and called us to collect it. The cake was no way near like in the pics they had. We had no choice at the last minute to take it as it is and leave. All the excitement with the cake went down with huge disappointment. Thats it for us. Never gonna order from them again.

Brilliant customer service by Pav, cake was fantastic in design and taste. Ordered for sisters birthday and she was fully enjoying all the chocolate. Will definite be ordering again. Super happy it was eggless too.

Ordered my anniversary cake from here, and i can tell you it was made on the same morning fresh for me ready to pick up by 12pm. Friendly polite staff serve you with a smile. The cake was delicious and so tasty! I will be ordering from you again thats for sure!

Different size and decoration from the one i've ordered.I won't go again.if I had read reviews before I couldn't order there.I can't see where or how i can add picturei want to add pictures of what I ordered and what I have received .It's because it's my husband who went collect if it was me i would just refuse and clair my money back
