Rebecca has now delivered two training sessions for us. She is very patient and nothing is too much trouble. She is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of Sage, including Report Designer, and also has a great accounting knowledge. We will definitely be continuing our relationship with Rebecca and Sage Accounts Solutions.

We are a new community interest company and have purchased Sage 50 so we can undertake the book keeping functions ourselves. We have no financial training or expertise and I originally gave Claire and Rebecca my aspirations for our bespoke training however I had no understanding, at the time, of the Sage system. When we began the first session, Rebecca had clearly considered our company structure and business needs and structured the session to enable us to actually go away after only a few hours and start to use it. Session two got us to a point where we can now carry out the functions we need to keep our day to day record keeping up-to-date and to enable us to monitor our I & E and cash flow. We had all been very apprehensive about the training and taking on the financial administration of our business but Rebecca could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable and has given us lots of good advice as well as training us in the use of Sage. We could not have been happier with the training. I can thoroughly recommend Sage Accounts Solutions and am extremely grateful to them for all their help to date.

We had Sage 50 accounts and Sage Payroll installed earlier this year and have now completed the set up, opening balances and training provided by Rebecca at Sage Accounts Solutions. I have just had the best training session on Sage Payroll with Rebecca and Claire. I cannot recommend them enough. I got their details from the internet when I was searching for payroll training in Suffolk and their website came up, and I am so pleased. They had done their research about our needs before they presented the training, so were able to tailor the session to what we need. They had an expert knowledge about not only the software, but also the Revenue and our auditors. Really, I cannot say a bad word about them. Their training was very reasonably priced especially as they came to our offices and provide two weeks of over-the-phone back-up. I cannot say a bad word about them, and look forward to using their services for training again.

I have just had my first remote training session with Rebecca of Sage Accounts Solutions and am so pleased with what I have learnt. I am a business owner and have used Sage for years but have not used it to it's full potential, particularly the reporting. Rebecca helped me set up the management reports specifically for our business using new nominal codes and amending old ones. I feel much more confident and able to produce the information we need. I had no idea that this type of training was available and am so pleased I have found them. I don't have a lot of time so remote training suits me perfectly. I was nervous that I would struggle to keep up (I'm not a trained book-keeper, just self taught!) but Rebecca was so easy to follow and explained everything clearly and in Layman's terms. I would highly recommend.

Having just completed two half-day Sage training sessions, I was really impressed by Rebecca. Not only was her Sage Accounting knowledge second to none, her approach , easy style and patience put everyone at ease. She managed to de-mystify the world of accounting to a group of non-financial people, explaining everything clearly and in 'layman's terms'.
