We received a great service from Prime Windows Devon. Having been drawn to the fact that as a family business Jason and Sam were very much on the shop floor. Jason surveyed our windows, advised on details and specifications really well and kept excellent one to one contact. That paid off when we received our windows and any manufacturer errors from Origin or Residence were dealt with seamlessly and promptly. Brad was our fitter, he was a pleasure to work with. His expertise not just in windows but building too, along with his calm manner made a huge part of our first time self build project a very smooth one. We love our windows and couldn’t have asked for more.

Unfortunately we seem to have some issue with our patio doors & are still awaiting a promised appointment to look at them. All other windows are fine but patio windows are very draughty.
