A very pleasant service centre with a good range if vehicles. All staff pleasant and helpful. I bought a vehicle from them and rely on their regular service. Well doneService completed again July 2023. Very satisfied.

1st service (2 years) 21,000 mile service to manufacturer specification.. Actual car mileage was 12.330.Service seemed efficient and car was excellently cleaned.My only comments would relate to inconsistent advice received from the service desk receptionist handling the car service.Rear passenger side tyre reported as having a repairable puncture, but then advised that the tyre type meant it was not repairable. Received inaccurate details of the tyre specification from the service desk receptionist and Listers were unable to replace it. Enquiring whether the locking wheel nut was back in the boot I was incorrectly advised that it had not been used as no wheel had been removed, when the inspection video showed the rear passenger wheel off the car. However on checking the locking nut was back in the car.

Very poor service.They love to sell new cars, but when it comes to the service and guarantee, They want to charge any penny possible, even though it's their issue.1. The other day, we let this car go for an MOT and service. It wasn't cleaned that thoroughly. My Dashcam was disconnected ( if they had to disconnect, it's fine, and they should have reconnected it). Then the dashcam started playing up. It switches off when the car goes into engine off mode at signals or in traffic. After two weeks, it was rectified on its own.2. After service, when I picked up the car, I noticed wind noise from the driver's side window. We tried opening and closing a few times, but still, the issue persisted. I called the service centre a few times and couldn't get a call back or connect to their service team. One day I took the car and went to show it to the service team. The service manager, even without listening, was saying, You have to pay this money, which I felt was too money-minded rather than listening to the problem. Later, one technician came with me, drove the car a few miles, and they wanted to book a slot( which was 6 weeks away). After coming home, when I inspected the window closely, I could see a gap. I tried closing the window with a small, gentle push from inside, and it was perfectly closed.A. The manager doesn't even want to accept a mistake.B. The technician didn't even spot what I could spot and rectify myself.And we were very clear that this was some issue created by the technicians while doing MOT or service, but they don't want to own it up.3. Another complaint about employee behaviour, which I have mentioned to JLR directly and don't want to mention in this public forum.4. The Infotainment system sometimes takes 10 to 30 minutes to start. This issue started when the car was 2.5 years old. The frequency has increased now. This is because JLR buys substandard products from vendors. While many JLR technicians privately accept that the particular model of infotainment systems created huge problems for the company, they don't want to replace or recall the product but rather put the onus on the car owner. Ideally, they should recall these products and replace them for all car owners fitted with a new and failsafe Infotainment system. When I asked Lister JLR service, they wouldn't budge and accept the poor quality of the product, but rather pay and replace it.5. My wife used to have a BMW 520D prior to her Jag. Their courtesy car allowed us to drive 150 miles per day on average, with no additional charges for Insurance. She drives 100 miles some days for work. Jag gives me only some 20 miles per day, with which I can't even reach home from their service centre and back. Plus, they charge an insurance surcharge.We were planning for two new cars, and all these experiences are putting us away from Lister Droitwich ( Worcester)/ JLR.

I was late for my booked MOT appointment, but the service administrator was very helpful and said that they would get my car into the workshop as soon as they could, when I originally booked the MOT I asked how long it would take and was told over the phone that it would be a maximum of 45 minutes, it was 2 and a half hours, ordinarily this wasn’t enough for me to be disappointed, nor the fact that my car failed its test. I asked for a quote to be sent through for me to approve which was promised to be sent to me on Monday 7th August. I understand that as long as I have the works carried out within 10 days there is no charge for the re-test, as we are now on Wednesday 9th August and no quote has arrived as yet, this is what I believe to be poor service, add that to the time my wife and I sat in the showroom makes me unable to afford any praise to the operation.

This was for a MOT. Prompt friendly service and charge very reasonable (just the normal fee). Cleaned inside and out and a free health check to boot. Couldn’t ask more
