Bad way to deal with customer, they hold the deposit because the kids scratch the wall as they said, told me they have to paint all the apartment and will send the bill to justify the cost, then simply ignore my emails, calls and messages, if you want to go there consider the deposit as part of the price

Our travel agent booked us their Lincoln Road City Apartment and Thorpe House for family trip in August 2023. No details were provided for check in prior to arrival date - we were told they had reached out to our travel agent for consent to contact us but travel agent stated this did not occur. Took over an hour to access due to time trying to phone office, having to send security deposit, and other information then waiting for details to be sent through. The security deposit seemed excessive compared to all other accommodation on our trip (250 pounds per location). After an hour in Lincoln Road City Apartment we left and booked a hotel due to feeling unsafe. Advised by locals it was not a safe area, entry to apartment was fogged glass door directly opening onto street, people loitering against door in afternoon, no security on windows. Check in details included not saying key code aloud or letting anyone see it suggesting owners aware of risk in neighbourhood. Bathroom also had a very strong smell of sewerage.Thorpe House felt safer and more comfortable though would not book or stay in due to check in process.

The flat has a nice size and is furnitured in an excellent style. Modern, convenient, and clean. Everything available that you need. Only 2 Minutes to Queensgate and Tesco & Waitrose are around the corner. Bus station is nearby as well. Would definitely recommend it!

Moneesha was the most helpful & excellent professional virtual host during such a stressful time when Conona virus was affecting all availability of accomodation as well as all online booking platforms in the UK. She made a highly stressful situation the least of our worries & I will highly recommend this accomodation for any one. Location perfect, spotless, home from home. She hosted my mom for over a month with such peace of mind being in South Africa myself, thank you so much!

Lived for one month and back again for one more month. Place in the centre, good to walk around and shopping. Car parking in the monitored closed yard. Big screen TV, broadband internet. Kitchen fully equipped. Perfect laundry machine with dryer function. Clean, cozy, spacy. I wish I can book the same flat every my work visit to Peterborough.
