What a great find. Simon has been out a couple times to us. Each time he has given the same professional, swift service at a very reasonable price. Today was a replacement door seal. Don't mess him around, local decent trades people are few and far between. Thank you. I'm sure the washing machine will give us cause to see you again.

We recently had the fault code F43 come up on our washing machine. We changed the brushes, but were unable to reset the fault code. We phoned Bosch, who said it couldn't be reset and the motor must need replacing. Simon came up and, after extensive research and 3 home visits, he managed to reset it for us, for a very small charge. What an excellent service. Thank you Simon for your determination and persistance.

A swift effective professional service. I had a problem with my washing machine, after agreeing a time for an appointment to suit me. We went through the issue with the appliance. I was offered a couple of solutions to try before meeting the appointment. I tried these while still holding the appointment and managed to resolve the issue so no visit required. Thank you Masterspares for solving my problem and not needing to charge me for the support.

I rang up on Friday morning to enquire about a new heating element for my oven and he came out the same day, spent approximately an hour on site and replaced element, leaving everything clean and tidy behind him. No rip off prices from this chap, just honest and fair parts and labour charge. Highly recommend and would definitely use him again, really pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Rang up at 11am to say my washing machine had conked. He was here at 2pm as arranged. He had changed the brushes in the motor in 30 minutes, and it only cost us £58. A bargain ! Its a 10 from me, working perfectly now.
