Today I had some fantastic customer service experience from the staff at game in particular I was looked after initially by Sean followed by more support from Jess. I arrived with some longstanding issues regarding my accumulated points as part of my membership. The staff reassured me that they would assist and took the time to liaise with headoffice and contact central.customer services to resolve my issue i was so happy with the service that we ended up purchasing a new console and game. We really appreciate the time effort and kindness shown by both members of staff who work diligently until our issues were resolved and they left us feeling valued and happy a real credit to the game workforce thank you so much guys

Game has a poor customer service and bad staff that don’t help, lie and mess you around, when you find your order not turning up at store and then being lost in postage. When waiting for to long to hear back from them and ask for a refund. They say your not allowed to have refund till they find the lost parcel. So ended up waiting over 7 weeks for refund and was offer £10 worth of points for my trouble. What a joke. Also when you pre-order a game in store, the price is £5 more than online price.

Poor customer service, refused to sell much sought after consoles without overpriced bundles that cost nearly £100 more than the base £450 price, despite me showing them proof of a company email that says they have to sell the console on its own if someone asks for it. Putting in formal complaints

The game shop is a nice little store tucked into the back of Sports direct on the first floor. The customer service I received is really good. The staff are knowledgeable and do try and help out

Great mini game shop above sports direct. Great range of toys along with games and trading cards.I think Marie may have been new but she was great, polite and helpful.The rest of the team, not so much unfortunately, 3 off them chatting as a queue built, while also not helping Marie learn the ropes.Will be back, but not for the vibe or customer service.
