I contacted Stefan late Saturday night after my boiler decided to stop working. Stefan answered my call out of hours, asked for images/videos of the issue, and came round first thing this morning (Sunday) to successfully fix it. Really happy with his responsiveness, and that he managed to fix it, and am asking him to quote up on some additional plumbing work in the kitchen. Also, being a woman in the house solo I felt super comfortable - which, having had some dodgy contractors in the past - is so important. Friendly, professional, would recommend. Our kitchen tap broke tonight and the pipes started flooding the kitchen. Called SFR Pumbing who came round to fix the issue as an emergency late on a Saturday night.
