Just spent 12 minutes on hold only to then finally receive the call to hear nothing but crackling on the line which lasted for around 5 minutes until i eventually put the phone down...

Cab has gone down hill for me in the old days they would help in your crises but know they r more layed back that doesnt help when your in trouble and need help step up your game cab ,

They are never there to pick up the phone when you need them too. I spent 1 hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone, I called twice on different days and both times no response. I needed help and legal advice at the time but Citizens Advice in Bangor was useless, call the HQ instead.

Worse than useless, I stayed on hold for 40 minutes hoping to finally speak to someone. Gave up in the end! What a waste of time! Would be zero rating if that was an option
