Excellent. I had a laptop with a dodgy screen and they were able to order a replacement and fit it in within two days. More importantly, they were able to provide updates on how long the job would take, and even called me to give me progress updates. They are far better than any other repair shops in the area, who take your number but never ring. I can highly recommend Alternative Computers.

Absolutely delightful experience. I came with a laptop that refused to charge. They looked into my issue right away, spent good 20 minutes diagnosing and making sure everything was working fine and I ended up paying just for a new charger and got even my fans cleaned. Couldn't recommend more.

excellent service, hard drive replaced speeded up significantly. full software replacement, needed a same day repair. the guys stayed over to sort my laptop. Great service, nice people, good price..would highly recommend

Recently had a few drive issues with my Dell 8950 Powerhouse which were diagnosed and rectified within 24 hrs by Errol and the team. Very community spirited shop. Helpful and courteous and able to resolve any problems effectively and at low cost…highly recommended!

Fabulous service, very helpful and great value for money. Would highly recommend. Sorted out a non charging laptop in just a few minutes and only charged for the new charger plus a nominal fee.

I have taken my sister's laptop twice for different reasons to alternative computers and on both occasions and the problem was resolved very quickly and efficiently. I have used alternative computers for a good many years after having them recommended by a friend and will carry on using them as they are very knowledgeable and helpful with good prices for repairs and accessories.
