i phone to renew my house insurance that i have had for 15 years and the person that answer the phone was so rude and very unhelpful. i asked to speak to a manager and they kept me waiting 5 mins hoping i would hang up the call. was the manager helpful a BIG NO. so i did not renew my policy that i had with this company for 15 years and no claims ever...bad call centre staff , THEY NEED RETRAINED 100%...

Lost all bank cards on 8th December still awaiting new cards on 10th January told wait another 2 weeks to see if they arrive blame it all on royal mail thought they were 2 different companies complete and utter joke
