Popped in today exasperated about my first attempt at knitting a scarf. Pamela on your team was incredible: she helped me find a suitable wool to salvage my project, explained about changing my needles in the future and found me a 3 for 2 deal whilst teaching me how to continue on knitting with new yarn when I was confused.Please do see that she is appropriately rewarded this Christmas :) Customer service like this is the reason why we come back again and again.

Expensive. No staff around to help anymore. Only 2 tills open. Not as much variety although more hobbies being catered for. Basic stock for each hobby.

A lot of choice to be had, though on occasion the price points are a little high. On the flip side, however, they do some great deals as well.The staff have always been friendly and happy to help.With it being in Crown Point, parking can be tricky at peak times, but the same can be said for most retail parks.

Got some nice stuff but it seems twice the price as last year, little christmas trees have gone from 5 for a pound to 3 or 2 for a pound

Loveeeeee this store. Lots of things for crafts that you can use. A lot of things you wouldn’t expect too such as wooden slices. Live edge wood coasters and a lot of wooden boxes etc it’s not all just kiddy stuff. Glass bottles and tinted glass a tiny bit of light DIY stuff can be found here too. Big shop definitely worth a visit if b&q and wickes etc are not what you’re looking for!
