My partner had come into the Dundee branch to organise my 30th birthday present trip away & spoke to Lauren about his ideas. Lauren was incredible in helping him choose the perfect destination & giving him advice on different hotels. She was so helpful & very professional. The holiday was absolutely perfect. Will definitely being popping in for the next holiday!

Booked a few holidays now and each and everyone has been amazing, each better than the last, recently booked a family holiday to Disney and Universal for 2 weeks and Kirsty couldn't have been any more amazing and helpful if she had tried, thanks to her I booked my dream holiday for my children and they're so excited

We booked our trip to Peru with Ali in the dundee branch. Everything was seamless and we received all correspondence promptly. Once we’d booked, we ended up changing our flights so we could spend more time in peru and also added on transfers really last minute but he was more than happy to accommodate our requests and he went over and above to ensure we were happy with the final itinerary. Would definitely recommend. We had the best time!

Flight was cancelled. No alternative flights were available so holiday was cancelled. We went in to get another holiday, they found us one but said we had to pay again and would get the refund from them within days for the cancelled holiday. Low and behold its a week later, and still no refund. Rediculas

After looking online and seeing another 2 travel clinics, I managed to see Lisa. Her knowledge was unsurpassed and I booked my holiday. Honestly, she knew nearly every hotels in Tenerife, Lanzarote and the Greek Islands. Go see her, she is very good at her job.
