Great pint, well served. Two pints of Skidaw were had. Excellent pint.And our Irish member of the party said the Guinness was fantastic :-)

Great beer, massive beer garden and we even got some free custard creams to go with our beer and fuel us for the rest of our bike ride. Thanks for your hospitality. Will be back.

Nice friendly little pub in the village of Baggrow, Cumbria, in the Lake District. Recently refurbished, bar open serving a good selection of beers, ciders & spirits, with sky tv, pool table & darts. Owner says the restaurant and beer garden will be open soon (Sept/Oct 2018).

Very welcoming county village pub, with friendly landlord and lady. Definitely worth a visit. Excellent beer kept by a landlord who is rightly proud of what he serves. Lovely large beer garden, should the sun make an appearance. NB no food on offer, just drinks.
