My experience at Riverside Volvo Hull was memorable because the salesman was simply brilliant, you could not ask for a nicer person to deal with. The dealership as a whole was welcoming and friendly. There was no issue with us bringing children to look. The dealership simply stands head and shoulders above all the others we visited on the same day, buying from them was a very easy choice.

This was a very alien way to buy a car not even having sat in it let alone had a test drive! Adam was very supportive and talked me through each step. He sent a comprehensive video of the car including what the engine sounded like. The hand over and part exchange went very smoothly. Adam's communications were timely and appropriate, not pushy at all, and he has been in touch to make sure I am happy with the car. Overall it was a really positive buying experience and I am really pleased with my little Mini. Thank you
