First class service from design to installation. We had our wardrobes fitted this week and we love them. James did an excellent job with our design, he helped me choose the perfect colour and style. The 2 guys who came to install them were great, so friendly and did an amazing job. Kirsty on the reception desk was so helpful and friendly and made the whole process so easy. Thank you Starplan, we are over the moon with our wardrobes and will definitely be recommending you.

I'm pleased with the finish and the quality of my fitted bedroom. However, They change my plans without telling me and forgot to order to new sized products so I had to wait a further month for my headboard. I was not happy with the response I got when I rang up and I feel the customer service is very poor. How would they feel like if I came into their home and change the design.

My order 196481 was measured, delivered and built to a very high standard. I ordered sliding wardrobes and I love everything about them. The sliders are quality and glide beautifully, the drawers are deep, big and also glide beautifully. The doors just quality and the colour choice and style great. Love them and really pleased with my fitters who were friendly, thorough and did a good job!

Had an appalling experience with this Company. Their salesman agreed to anything to get our signature on an order and then promptly left the business. Measurements taken were inaccurate resulting in us having to accept an inferior design. We simply haven’t ended up with what we wanted. I attempted to complain to their Managing Director and was told they don’t have a formal complaints procedure and the MD is 79 and doesn’t do email !!! A partial refund was agreed and I had to chase them on numerous occasions for payment. Avoid at all costs.

Great bedroom ideas and designs. The bedrooms look beautiful. So much choice from style, to colours to finish. Well worth a visit!

Brilliant customer service, friendly staff and exceptional value for money.We have recently downsized to a house with no fitted bedroom furniture and initially had a ludicrously expensive quote from a nationally recognised bedroom supplier(highway robber) when fortunately we became aware of Starplan.We arranged a home visit and initially met with Steve who more than met our expectations and also gave us a price which was almost half the quote we had been given from the national company and guaranteed no hidden extras.We went to the showroom a day later to formally discuss the subject and I have to say the process was simple,friendly and all above board. There were no high pressure tactics and Steve facilitated our requests with ease. He discussed every option and cost and we felt in control of our design and cost.TBH the price quoted was very very good and I was initially cynical re hidden extras, there were none.Plans were drawn up and we agreed. The only thing we were asked to do was to ensure we check and agreed them. I see in previous reviews people had an issue with this, to me it’s common sense to measure twice and cut once.Within 6 weeks our fitting was arranged and we met Ant and Matt, imagine if it had been Ant and Dec, who arrived spot on time at 0800.They were very friendly and industrious young men who worked efficiently effectively and cleanly and left out property spotless. The whole process was very simple and stress free and every person we had contact with were highly professional.We thoroughly recommend Starplan.Thanks Steve, Ant and Matt for making us happy.Jim and KarenLiverpool

Would give 0 stars if I could, very rarely leave bad reviews, but this was the worst company I have ever dealt with. Sales agent came to property and measured incorrectly, the fitters (who were great, the only part of the company that are) had to improvise on the day of fitting. Gave cash deposit and asked if there was anything else I needed to do, was told no. 3 weeks later, I chased them up as I had not received an answer to a separate question, to be told the installation hadn't even been booked in and was delayed a month as I hadn't responded to an email (there was no email to reply to, and had been told there was nothing else I'd need to do). After 2 failed promised call backs i phoned to complain about the whole process from start to finish and they really couldn't care less, no apologies, really defensive and aggressive. The person that dealt with my complaint genuinley said 'my managers stood here at the side of me and he says what you on about there's nothing wrong with it'. Pay the extra and go with a proper company, or go across the road to IKEA and spend less but at least you won't get treated like dirt if something goes wrong.
