Adam Wardle (Language Tutor)

Adam is an excellent French tutor. He pays particular attention to your needs and levels right from the start, and tailors lessons accordingly. Adam is clearly very experienced, with a well-honed organised and methodical approach that is nevertheless accessible and manageable. The lessons themselves are very enjoyable and Adam offers plenty of resources to aid the learning process. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoying the French sessions with Adam. He is very easy to work with and is very informative about the language. The sessions are on Skype which is very easy to use. I wanted to learn with a friend and Adam is more than happy to tutor both of us together. It is a good idea to go over the learning outside of the sessions, so Adam provides worksheets that we try to fill in before the next session. If we have made a mistake he is never judgemental and gently corrects us at the same time as explaining what we have misunderstood. The pace of learning is just right with a small amount of challenge each session to assess our progress. We are expected to learn the grammar and then use this information to speak French, but we are not at the conversation stage yet so the French is just a few words at a time. Thank you Adam for a good start to our journey of becoming good French speakers, able to have a conversation with a French person.

I have had weekly online German Lessons with Adam for about 5 months. I had some experience of speaking German however my Grammar and sentence structure were very Deutschlish!!! These sessions have been great. I am learning through fun, practical theoretical ways to understand the German language and become a confident speaker. Highly recommend!

I have been learning French for several months with Adam.He has been great to deal with from the ease of sorting tuition times to fit in with my work schedule to the structure of his lessons.Adam is teaching me French in a constructive and enjoyable way, with well sorted lessons utilizing the time efficiently.I am very pleased with my progress so far, and as such would recommend his services.

I've been learning basic French for some time now with Adam and it's been great. Adam's very patient and is very good at going at the pace that suits you as the leaner. I particularly like the handouts he uses which gives a very useful structure to the sessions and also something to refer to in your own time. Adam is always on time, without fail, makes maximum use of the 1 hour session, and is very organised in booking holidays/time off. I would definitely recommend using Adam for learning French.
