I can happily say that I’m satisfied with the service and after sales experience I’ve had with Sandles, Extremely laid back sales team, Gave me the key and off I went for my test drive agreed to have it picked it up, I had an issue with the car which wouldn’t have been found till I started driving the car, Can’t fault them, Within a week booked in given a car till mine was sorted but got it back the same day all fixed, Can’t ask for much more than that, Although I wouldn’t be back anytime soon for a new car recommend them highly

He answered all my endless questions, was never pushy and was a great help… thank you so much Lloyd.Forget the stereotypical car sales scenario, this is not what Sandles are. They are honest with integrity, and I feel can be trusted. The car I chose was immaculate when I picked it up, with 12 months mot and a full service. They also offer a very reasonable ceramic coating to paintwork, and extended warranty for major parts for 3 years. I bought through Sandles a little earlier this year. Sandles were a breath of fresh air compared with other the car dealers I encountered. Professional, friendly and in no way pushy. They gave me a fair price for my old car, and the new car was exceptionally well presented at the handover. I predominately dealt with Gina, who was a pleasure to deal with, as was Ben and the other staff we encountered. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending.

We recently visited Sandles Car Supermarket looking to get a new car after our convertible became too impractical for a family with a new dog member. We were a bit nervous, as we've had experiences at other dealers like Stebbings, where you feel pressured and almost boxed in (e.g. for Stebbings you have to walk through the building to see the cars, so you're immediately clocked by all associates).You don't get that same experience at Sandles. We arrived close to closing time, and walked straight into the car lot. We were just browsing the SUVs when Lloyd popped over to let us know we could call him if we needed him or if we wanted the keys to vehicles to have a closer look, and then he left us to it.After browsing around 20 minutes (and getting closer and closer to closing time), we finally made our choice and spoke to Lloyd about the car.The service was impeccable, and he's mastered the art of being friendly + approachable, whilst also being trustworthy. At no point did we feel like we weren't getting a fair deal (we PX'd our current car and were more than happy with the offer) the building itself is comfortable and modern, and Lloyd explained everything to us perfectly, including our monthly payment options, arranging pick-ups and a test drive for the Sunday (as we were understandably too close to closing time to go for one that same day, our fault + no one elses!)It was streamlined; I test drove the car on the Sunday (twice, its amazing thank you!), signed all the paperwork, arranged collection and such and off I went.When we got the car, it was beautifully cleaned, fully serviced and had 8 months MOT on it anyway. You also get a 3-month/3,000mi warranty which you can upgrade for more coverage if you want to.We would recommend Sandles to anyone, and in fact were recommended by two separate family friends when we were asking for where to go. I think that shows the integrity, approachability and customer-first mindset Sandles has and that Lloyd embodies. 10/10, 5 stars, we would happily go back next time, although we have complete faith our car will be with us for many years.

The experience at Sandles Car Supermarket was excellent from the beginning. I personally wanted minimal input as I had viewed and chose the vehicle I wanted and did not need any hard sell. The Rep appeared to read this and did not give any hard sell, not only of the vehicle, but all other associated links / finance / warranties etc. The car was spotless upon collection and nothing was too much trouble. Fully serviced and with new MOT. Very pleased with the car and the high level of Sandles service

Sandles Car Supermarket were fantastic because they answered all my questions I asked. Were very polite and helpful. Anything I needed to know if Gina didn't know she would find out for me . Not pushing me to buy any straight away gave me time to go away and think. We always look at Sandles whenever we need to change our cars. Very professional.
