Felicity took the time to consider my needs and circumstances in finding the right position for me, and she negotiated to get hours that worked for me. Her communication was very good and she kept me up to date with the changes of the role. I would work with them again in the future.

YSA is highly efficient and effective when it comes to delivering quality customer service. They work fast and on time. Their skills in communication are excellent as they talk you through the process, give you time to respond and ensure that you ask questions. The staffs are quite friendly and knowledgeable in their service and the clients they provide services to. They are very accommodating as they also work with your schedule and level of expertise. Since joining YSA 2 months ago I have been extremely impressed with the level of work they have to offer and how motivated they are to get you ongoing work every day in year groups that are your priority. I particularly find that the staff that call are incredibly friendly and always have time to explain the process of anything and are very helpful.
