Brian's Cottage. Totally Dog Friendly.

Just returned from a 3 night break at Brian’s cottage. Lovely welcome from Liz and Tim with home made goodies and home cooked meal on the first night which was delicious. Ideal garden and nearby isolated footpath for our 2 dogs, one who can be reactive. Nice short drive to the beach. Cottage is extremely well equipped with everything you need. We’ll worth a visit.

We love Brian's Cottage! It's a wonderful, comfortable well equipped cottage made even more spectacular by the amazing Tim and Liz. Dog's are absolutely adored here and are truly welcomed (even reactive dogs like my Jakey). The garden and views are beautiful. It's just a short journey to get to what are some of Norfolk's best beaches. We couldn't ask for more from such wonderful hosts.

We returned to Brian's Cottage for our second visit. We had a great time. The cottage is spotless and well looked after. The views are breathtaking. The area is very peaceful which makes it ideal for relaxing. Every bit about this cottage is dog friendly and child friendly. Big garden for them to play in and lots of toys. There are amazing walks in the proximity. The owners Liz and Tim are great hosts. They are friendly and very welcoming. Anything you ask for they will go out of their way to make it happen. We cannot wait to return for our third visit.

Spent a glorious week here with 5 dogs. Everything you could wish for in a cottage. A lovely place to relax and unwind after the past few months. The owners were very friendly and helpful, providing a lovely cake and a few provisions to start the week off well. Highly recommended.

without a shadow of a doubt I would recommend Brian's Cottage. The location is excellent and the owners are wonderful people. Extremely dog friendly too! The cottage itself is like a home away from home with all you need and some more! wanted to book for Easter but it's already fully booked!!! proof of their success!

What can I say? We loved our stay at Brian's Cottage so much that we have already booked to go back. The secure garden overlooking such an idyllic view made it the perfect choice to kick back and relax to watch the stunning sunsets. It's the first time that 'the sausages' have been on holiday and the fact that we had walks straight from the back garden gate made it so easy for them to have their own amazing 'sniffaries!' We ate outside every morning and evening of our stay and even attempted to barbecue one evening -something I need to practise before April. Inside the property there was everything we needed: washing machine/dryer, dishwasher (fabulous as I don't have one at home), hairdryer, cooker, microwave, smart TV to name but a few and the owners had thoughtfully left the detergents needed. The beds were comfy. The furniture was of good quality- including a large reclining sofa. The cottage was ideally placed being just ten minutes or so from local sandy beaches, twenty minutes from main supermarkets, fifteen minutes from the recommended pet friendly boat hire marina and thirty minutes from the main town of Cromer. Tim and Liz really have created 'a little gem in the heart of Norfolk.' We will be returning and soon. Perfect!

We loved our superb stay at Brians Cottage. Enjoyed a plethora of stunning walks along safe, quiet footpaths and bridleways directly from the back garden gate. Local pubs and cafes were dog friendly and all served excellent food and drink. The security of the garden with 6ft fencing at Brians Cottage is second to none and the attention to detail throughout the property and garden outstanding, even down to safety stickers on the glass patio doors so dogs can see the glass. Liz and Tim the owners really have thought of everything guests may possibly need for their dogs and set a very high benchmark. Outstanding value for money.

Brian's cottage is fabulous. The hosts Liz and Tim are so lovely and make you feel so very welcome.We have 2 beagles and one is very reactive to people he doesnt know and to other dogs and Brians cottage was the best place for them. So quiet and very relaxing. The views from the garden are spectacular.

Brian's Cottage is a great place to stay as it is only a short drive to the beaches, but is located in lovely open countryside.A lot of wildlife can be enjoyed from the large, dog friendly, attractive garden which includes loungers and swing seats.Inside the cottage has everything you want, complemented by the many treats the owners Liz and Tim leave for guests and their dogs. A handy intercom make communication easy.There are many footpaths for dog walking around fields or through wooded areas.
