The Greenhouse - Newport

Visited this place three times now, facilities are fine...but the attomspheire is Sooooooo boring!! A complete WASTE of money do not bother!!!!Think it's time to sell...if they do,can I please have my money back.....what a total waste of money and effort!!

Throughly enjoyed our lunch today at this charming pub. The lady that greeted us said there was a gas problem in the kitchen and they were offering a limited menu and there would be a short delay before they could commence the meals. When our meals were served they were delicious. Well done to the staff dealing with the breakdown in the kitchen .

First time I've ever been to an establishment like this and happy to say it was a great first experience. Staff was welcoming and explained all the rules clearly and succinctly. Easy to get lost in, as the facilities stretch over 3 floors. Lots of private rooms as well as open ones should you feel more adventurous. Left feeling very satisfied after chowing down on the tasty cocks of what can only be described as a sexy DILF, handsome jock and cute nerd.

Nice sauna.. the experience there could have been if we didn't get harassed by one of the guy who works there - Michael. His presence is just toxic, a bully!!! We complained about it but looks like the complained did not go far.

We had a great time the two owners are great we loved the banter they had together. Its starting to look a bit tired in places but we had fun .There are cameras but every sauna has them so not an issue. The young guy on reception yeah he talks and trys but no different than over guys when in there so don't let it put you off he harmless

Really fun place, acxomadtion and food is very reasonable but the younger member of staff Mike hits on everyone and then gives people a very hard time if they are not interested, spoils the vibe and very unprofessional. Also there are cameras hidden in the T. V rooms and hottub the staff say its because the tvs get damaged but there are no signs or warnings. Maybe build a simple viewing cupboard to keep the tvs safe rather than commit serious crimes. Discretion amongst staff doesn't exist. So in all go but stay away from the hottub and any room with a T. V and don't be too friendly towards the young guy

Great place, it's clean and the staff is friendly, the hot tub is huge, the steam room is pleasant and the sauna is lovely. There are several floors with many private rooms, and some not-so-private for those who like an audience. 5/5, we visit regularly with my partner.

Friendly place, but pretty dreary with a bad layout. Quite a challenge to get to from Cardiff if you don't have a car. Beware: at least on Sundays, the bus that gets you relatively close (30) stops running late afternoon, and it's over a 30 minute walk from the sauna to the train station.

Went along to the sauna today for the first time and can honestly say I was blown away. The 2 managers were helpful, courteous and answered all my questions with a smile and without judgment. The facilities were very clean and the guys there were pleasant, talkative and a few absolute stunners. My only critism and it is just a critism is that you need a map to find your way around. The place is huge and it is abit of a Maze over 3 floors but by the end of the day I knew how to get from a to b relatively easily. The decor in places is abit outdated but in no way offensive on the eye and the areas such as the bar and jacuzzi are extremely well done and comfortable. This will certainly be a regular place to visit for me from now on. Well done to the team and I highly recommend checking it out if you havnt already.
