So first of all I was offered a position and then when I mentioned about my mental health I saw the face expression that said it all...After I've done my online training and got everything done with the payslips which they said they require, the person from Newcross Healthcare Solutions said they need 6 months experience which I was employed for more than that. And where Is the actual problem?... what about the time I spent doing the online training?? Still haven't received reply about that.
