Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to canine curiosities. She instantly bonded with our labradoodle girl and had an instinctive understanding of her needs. She’s utterly reliable and 100% trustworthy too. If you need doggy help in all it’s forms - she’s your lovely lady!

Met Lisa for the first time yesterday evening and had a great chat about what help we need dealing with some issues our puppy has. Lisa came across as knowledgable, understanding and totally passionate about dogs. Lisa has given us some great ideas to work with and we have already made steps to introduce them. Thanks a million Lisa, we are all looking forward to seeing you again, especially Charlie and Billy!

We asked Lisa to help us when we got a puppy. We have an adult spaniel who was reluctant to accept the puppy. Lisa was so patient and helpful with us all. Both dogs love her! She went over and above what we expected of her. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommended.After some very bad experiences in our dogs early years we have been very reluctant to leave our dogs with anyone. Then we found Lisa. The care and attention she gives our Jack and the way she keeps us updated give us confidence to relax with Jack in her care. There is no one else we would trust to look after our Jack.

Lisa has cared for our dogs with both walks and home boarding for over two years, it is hugely reassuring to know they are safe with someone who really cares for their well-being and takes the time to understand their individual personalities to best meet their needs.It is clear that our dogs enjoy their time spent with Lisa and we really appreciate the updates and pictures sent from their walks and stays too!

We can highly recommend Cromwell Dog Hotel and Lisa. We were very nervous about leaving our anxious rescue and didn't want to put him back into kennels. Lisa was very patient and we took things slowly. She provides us with daily up-dates and pics, which is very reassuring. She has such a great home, inside and out with lots of lovely day beds. Now he really looks forward to his mini breaks and gets to socialise with other furry friends.

Lisa was very helpful in many ways when I got a puppy as a new dog owner. She made suggestions which made the process easier and went out of her way to help me find a puppy sitter. Her advice left me feeling far less lost and it was valuable.

Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable about dogs and she has been able to give me some really helpful advice for my pooch. She has hosted our dogs as well and I am very confident that they are in safe and loving hands when with her. It's difficult to find someone you can trust, but I trust Lisa 100%.
