Absolutely wonderful experience at this salon! Great hair cut from Nicola and a very comfortable environment created by both Jane & Nicola. Highly recommend!

I have been going there for a while now and have never been disappointed. Jane is a fantastic hairdresser, she listens to what I want.Lovely, friendly atmosphere and really good prices.

This is the third time I got my hair cut and never had any issues. I usually get same lovely lady. When I booked was told it’s wet cut so I didn’t wash my hair. The hairdresser was already running late she said and didn’t have time to wash. She cut my hair so quickly. Was a bit hesitant on bangs and thought she will check with me before she cut them which she’s done to short. She then charged me the same as a wet cut when she took literally 5 minutes to trim y ends and my fringe. My hair is wavey and dry and greasy and wish I didn’t get it cut. Would never go back.

First time visiting Hair & Beauty Fusion; first time in a hair salon in over ten years actually. Lovely warm welcome from, Jane. Smart, well laid out, clean but not clinical, premises.As I’ve not had a haircut since before COVID, Jane took time to listen to my ideas and shared her thoughts and gave me some options. The result is a fabulous cut, so pretty and super easy to manage. I’ve had a couple of days styling it myself with no problems.Left feeling like I’d made a friend and looking forward to the next visit.Highly recommended!!!Sharon x

I had the treatment Keratin Revolution£220 plus I bought the shampoo and conditioner cost over £15 each I loved it at first but I was never able to get it the same way my self I wasent given any instructions on paper just verble I was told I didn't need to use hair straighteners and my hair would never Matt which is my main reason I paid so much out as my hair matts alot it's still really Wavey and Matt's alot so no different I had to colour my full head to give it shine again as it went dry from the treatment I normally only do my roots I only called after trying everything as didn't want to come across as stupid incase it was my fault once I called Jane's tone of voice changed with me from nice whilst having my treatment to off with me had an answer for everything making me believe it was me in the wrong she clearly stated u are not having any money back which I never even mentioned money I was so upset I have just decided to put it down to a bad experience do not have this treatment I' have tried straightening my hair since with straighteners and looks much better but I shouldn't have to use them or so I was told nearly £300 I spent I'm only working. Part time I new it was to good to be e true the other lady was lovely Jane clearly needs some customer service training especially as I spent what I class as alot for me

From about the age of 22 I stopped using salons completely. I find them clicky, arrogant, wouldn’t put the customer first, always did what they wanted to do. Hair & Beauty Fusion is SO Far removed from that kind of atmosphere. It really is a home from home. They listen to you, customers requirements and needs are number 1 priority. Absolutely amazing Salon, amazing staff. Will never look back! Love them.

Jane was fantastic!! She did an incredible job and mine and my bridal party's hair! Everyone looked stunning and Jane really put us all at ease. 100% recommend Jane for your bridal hair.

Amazing experience, I never go to the hairdressers as always end up leaving feeling less confident then when I went in. Nicola and Jane made me feel so comfortable as soon as walked in!Nicola listened to exactly what I wanted, she advised me on what hair style and colour would work best for my hair type, I was never rushed to make a decision and given lots of support and guidance.I left feeling amazing, my hair was the best condition its ever been in.
