Do not bother trying to get your watch repaired here. They have had mine for 6+ weeks now, it's a simple bracelet repair and I have provided the links. No communication, and when I called to express my concern, Jenny clearly could not be less bothered. Very disappointing.

Sophie was amazing, she was completely understanding of our situation and helped us to create a bespoke ring perfect for our engagement. She made us feel completely at ease and was not at all judgemental about our decisions (other jewellers had been!). She has kept me up to date on the progress of my bespoke ring and I’m so excited to get it in a few weeks time! Thank you Sophie, you’ve made our dream ring come to life! Xxx

Disrespectful employees, I was trying to explain an issue I had with 120 pounds bracelet that tarnished in less than a month, began to argue with me and tell me I wasn’t right and the bracelet is obviously going to get scratched because of the design of the charms, wasn’t interested in what I had to say. In addition to this I got ignored whilst employees would just go into the back after they had finished with another customer and saw me waiting and didn’t return to ask me if I was interested in anything. He then said there’s nothing he can do other than send it back to micheal kors, don’t understand why you’re selling low quality jewelry and then can’t deal with the issues that come along. I will never shop here again.

It must be the only shop in Liverpool I know that sells no that sells mantle clocks but you don't need a battery just wind it up and it's a perfect clock

Went looking for a replacement wedding ring today and couldn’t really see one that took our fancy although Ralph the manager was more than helpful he even gave the one I had at the moment a free clean which looks like new now. We originally bought our weddings from here and after the great service today looks like will be back again for more

Wandered L1 looking for jewellery stores. Went in a handful of them and my last was Ernest Jones. Elderly guy greeted us, he had charisma and confidence. He was attentive and talked through details about wedding rings. Most importantly he didn't hesitate to letting us try on a few. This was very different to Goldsmiths. It's a shame because on this occasion I gave Ernest Jones my money on the basis of the customer service. And I'm happy to say I pick my wedding ring up in a couple of weeks, hopefully from the same guy who gave me such good customer service

In-Store service is fine...but try dealing with their customer service on the phones...its absolutely abysmal...they lie time after time and expect you to wait indefinitely for wedding rings to be delivered. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. My advice is read reviews carefully before you visit Ernest Jones.

Visited here in October with my partner to look for engagement rings. Ollie helped us. I tried on every ring in the shop I think. Ollie was lovely, patient and extremely helpful. My partner proposed at Christmas with a gorgeous ring. It was purchased from Ernest Jones but online due to lockdown. Will definitely go back to Ollie soon to buy our wedding rings!

Got our wedding rings from here. High quality jewelry with reasonable prices. Nice staff, been there a few times over the last few years but staff are always different people for some odd reason.
