Lovely little museum mainly displaying history of local life. This museum is housed in a single room within Bedale’s town hall which is itself a building of interest. Fingers crossed they can get some of the Roman artefacts from the local digs.Has approximately 30 mins of interest but well worth a visit should you be in the area.

If you're in the area definitely visit here, it's run by volunteers and is only open seasonal. It's worth it though.

Although hired for the night all the toilets including the disabled toilet was locked, making for a very uncomfortable evening
