The Range / Iceland, Truro

We went to exchange something. They were understaffed, so you had to join the massive queue to the tills.We went with our returns item around the shop to get the replacement first, after showing that was what we were doing.The staff seemed a bit stressed but got the queues down and then helped us. They always seem polite and willing to help in the store.You can get some good bargains in the range, but things are normally cheap for a reason.

It's been a long time since I've been to the Range. I was pleased with the variety of things on sale. The only upsetting thing was a life size father Christmas wishing everyone a merry Christmas and then singing Jingle Bells. Sorry September is too early.

Always pop here after visiting Treliske. Pick up a bargain every time. Clean, tidy, and well stocked. Easy to find a member of staff if ever I needed to. Quick on tills and opened another to keep the queue down

Good selection and reasonable prices. Good online experience with their ease of use and delivery too. The only downside is that prices aren't always displayed but help desk sorts that in a jiffy.

Absolutely awful toys! I purchased few toys for my 3-year olds birthday. My boy opened his presents and immediately they broke. I purchased a bubble machine that couldn't make bubbles. A boat that's sunk. Bits would just fall off it. Plus some other junk it turns out. What's the point making toys that the meatly going to the bin it's a disgrace and an environmental catastrophe. Obviously my 3-year old was very sad. He was extremely excited and then extremely sad. To put it simply I basically purchased products that made my kid sad. The range you seriously need to review your buying strategy and ethics!

Good range of stuff. Has a cafe upstairs. Lift at rear of store for people to access. As furniture upstairs. Easy parking in front of store which is free.

I feel bad rating the store so low as it does tend to have great products and occasionally friendly staff. But it’s gotten to the point where i feel i have to leave this review, with the hope of the store taking it on board to make improvements.I have lost count how many times I have entered the store and left with almost nothing. Purely because most of the products are not labelled. At all. There are some with labels, but most likely the wrong ones. Meaning i will get to the till and be told à completely different price - resulting in the store losing a customer - because i don’t purchase the product. These photos are just ONE example. There have also been times where i have asked a member of staff for assistance and they point blank respond like “don’t know” and carry on with what they were doing. These issues are unprofessional and are damaging the reputation of the Range store which i believe has the potential to be better. I’m not sure if there is a huge lacking number of staff but regardless, this has occurred too often. I hope to see improvements in the near future. :)

Well stocked, a great place to shop.I think they could do a better job promoting/advertising the place.Large front entrance could call for an outdoor summer refreshment garden (tea, cake, drinks).Parking lot is confusing: 'No Entry', 'No Exit' signs in one location, are misleading for any first timers...

Very messy store, masses of stock scattered around. Was unable to find a practical vase. Everything was gilt, or silver effect, some were not suitable to contain water, so not a good experience
