I came to Sophie for help with returning to exercise after an injury. Sophie created a customised plan that centred around strengthening the muscles around my injury. Not only am I in less pain, but I've also hit higher weights than I ever did before my injury.I felt anxious about returning to the gym as I'd put on weight but I've lost 10lbs with Sophie and getting stronger has really improved my confidence.Sophie is really encouraging, helps support your wins and helps get you back on track on bad days. I've tried a few coaching plans before but I've never had the results I've had with Sophie. Highly recommend!

Following a hand operation I was out of my exercise routine and limited to what I could do for 5mths, especially lifting any weight. Sophie put together a really manageable set of exercises, initially concentrating on improving core strength without weight then beginning to utilise weights we have at home (dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and a bench), while continually reviewing and taking into account my recovery.I am now regaining fitness and strength, increasing my enthusiasm for exercise and looking forward to continuing my programme.Plus...Sophie shares interesting food tips and podcasts with health news.
