A clean fraud company that illegally took large amount of money from my account without my permission. They have been ignoring my messages and emails now. This made me think if they are racist or just scam randomly.This is no hatred but clearly there is no professionalism in this team. I feel terrible getting stuck with such people here as an international student.

Amazing Experience renting with RK this year. Whenever we’ve had an issue it’s been resolved instantly, always friendly service and always communicating when we will have viewings/ inspections with plenty of time in advance. Rob has been incredible for us over the last two years and can confidently say RK Estates have been the best Letting agency & landlord I’ve experienced whilst living in Stoke. Easiest 5 star review I can give!

Rob is a very attentive, thorough and considerate property manager. All work is carried out to a high standard and is excellent value for money. I'm always pleased with how he cares for my tenants and deals with any problems quickly and effectively balancing the needs of the tenant and owner.Very highly recommended.

Good service overall. A couple slow responses for plumbing and utility wear and tear issues, but overall quite responsive when replying to emails during tenancy period. After tenancy is different. Its been hard to get hold of them. The office is shut, no replies to emails even though other tenants aren't having problems. Im still owed my deposit dispite sending an email to arrange the return of my keys, to discuss cleaning costs and exit date. I don't think you should ask students to clean the hedges lawns etc, and not provide them with any means of doing so... my room is spotless- no argument there, however the shared area is an issue that should be discussed. If they could respond to emails after a tenant has moved out so that the return deposite amount can be discussed ,or at least inform me or deductions; either in person or over email, I'd be grateful and happy to use them again in the future,Thank you,P.s hope this review has better chances of receiving a reply than an email from a tenant. Hehe

Had these guys do a valuation on my house. Gave me a fair valuation and got more than i was expecting once i asked them to market it. Kept in touch throughout the sale and id highly recommend to anyone selling to give these guys a try. Being family run they put actual heart into things and don’t just fob you off like these big franchise companies after easy commission and charged a very reasonable fixed fee for the sale.

I tried renting a place through them, but wasn’t at all happy with their professionalism.Their response time is very slow. I had to constantly call or email to follow up, many of them went unanswered. I can appreciate they are busy but what’s the point of listing so many properties if there isn’t adequate staff to manage them.Finally, I drove all the way from Birmingham to view an accommodation (for which I was told parking would be available on phone) only to be told later, after the viewing, that the parking lot is being repaired and would take a few months to be completed. Disappointing!

Never had an issue with the agency myself. Been with them since 2019 now and have 6 properties they fill each year for me with students. Always get rent on time or chased as we all get that “one tenant” landlords dread. Hopefully working together for more years to come!

Less than 1 star. Terrible letting agent, super slow and unresponsive, as a landlord I’ve had a terrible experience with them, always chasing rent, tenants smoking / keeping pets hardly no inspections been done, no updates, make mistakes / errors, never ever again would I use this agency, all fake reviews & they have no idea how to run lettings the correct way! Stay away.
