Severine at Field Overell was formidable. My aim was to go through the process on my own to minimise costs, however, when my ex refused to co-operate, by refusing to return paperwork, I was stuck. I reached out to FO and Severin quickly recognised the situation and responded. Still we had the same issue of lack of response, but Severine handled the situation effectively and eventually she had no option but to move forward. Thank you FO (I'm free).
