Roberta greeted us warmly and although I was her first customer she was very kind and put me at ease when I had a wobble. I wasn’t rushed and I was given a lot of time to get used to needing a Walker. I was able to try out many different walkers and test each one around the showroom. When I had chosen which one felt right Roberta offered us a hot drink whilst she went through the purchase paperwork. The whole experience that I was originally dreading turned out to be ok thanks to the lovely staff.Roberta may you enjoy working here helping others like me who are scared to admit we need help. As they will be in safe hands with you and the other staff at Careco Bournemouth.

We visited CareCo Bournemouth recently. As a family we were very happy with the service, the showroom is impressive with equipment /products on display. Tim who helped us through the process and products advising us all the way through was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and went that extra mile to help us. We visited the store today 11th Sept, and what a pleasant no pressure experience it was to. We bought 2 Madison recliners. Shane talked us through all our options which was great. Thank you Shane for a job well done. Also thank you to Scott the showroom manager. Only went in to buy one .

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They let me try out several scooters and showed me how to use and assemble them. Consequently, I purchased a scooter suitable for my needs. I would recommend this store for anybody looking for a mobility scooter

We were interested in seeing travel scooters and was served by Timothy at Bournemouth Careco new site he showed us scooters and we chose one to try,didn’t like it so showed us the X Go Astro which was ideal.He then demonstrated the scooter and I had a go - satisfactorily - he then showed how it was dismantled to go in car.Nothing was to much trouble and he was very patient, we returned the next day and made a purchaseWould recommend a visit

My wife and I were very impressed with the staff at your Bournemouth store. Roberta greeted us warmly and although she had only been with the company for five days, she was very professional and asked for help from the other two male advisors once out of her depth. They demonstrated a number of rollators, highlighting the advantages of the different ones, so we were able to choose and order one that my wife is confident will be of benefit. Thank you to them all for their excellent service.

Im so glad i came into care co today 2nd oct Bournemouth today the staff were so friendly and helpful and the showroom was welcoming and lovely.Ben bridger was fantastic helping me choose my rollater he advised me the right hight settings and went through how it adjusts and fold. He went through delivery details and advised us on assembly too.Thank you so much. I feel you get looked after and quality.I truly recommend care co.

We visited the new Bournemouth Showroom and was greeted by Scott. We were amazed at the huge selection of mobility scooters and equipment on display.Our visit was to investigate purchasing a scooter that was suitable for our upcoming River Cruise and future holiday's abroad so we had very specific needs in terms of suitability for my husband and the airlines requirements.Scott showed us the options available to us and demonstrated how easy they were to use and collapse into a purpose made case for travelling.The ability to try out the machines is an absolute must and we very much appreciated the time and knowledge Scott had to assist us in our choice.There was no pressure to buy and we were given all the time we needed to try out the machine and make our decision.We placed the order on Sunday afternoon and have taken delivery of the scooter this morning (Tuesday). Excellent service.We would thoroughly recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a mobility aid to visit Ferndown for first class service, selection and expertise in this field.

Today we visited the brand new, well designed and sparkling showroom in Ferndown in order to buy a walking aid for my very elderly mother.The two friendly and caring salesmen who we spoke to (Scott and Joe)went out of their way to advise, help and explain to us each of the many options on sale.We were there a long time trying to decide but at no time did they make us feel rushed or bothersome. The products are all very fairly priced and obviously well designed for the needs of many different folk.We highly recommend this outlet and will definitely return if and when we need any other mobility aids.
