Enterprise Car Hire - Bristol Airport

I actually booked with Enterprise as my flight was arriving late (10.10pm) and many of the car hire desks at Bristol Airport close at 10pm.Actually, my flight was delayed by an hour, but Enterprise were still open. One of my fellow travellers had used a different car hire company, and arrived to find they'd gone home at 8pm...The service I got at Enterprise was amazing.For once, I arrived at Car Hire, and was offered my car... None of the usual dreadful service of trying to up sell" to a better vehicle or anything.Saskia was amazing... Incredibly helpful

We received 5 star service at Enterprise car rental Bristol airport. Alice was so friendly and knowledgeable and quickly got us on the road. Returning the car to John - so polite and friendly - was equally as efficient. We booked this rental directly with Enterprise and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. The car was great and the customer service from both Alice and John was excellent. Thanks to all at Bristol airport Enterprise team.

Booked our car online just over a week before we left for our holidays to England to see family.No issues booking online, straight forward and easy.The car depot has moved from our last visit. It was behind the hotel upon leaving the arrivals door. Now a bus takes you to the area about a 5 minute drive around the airport. All car companys are located in the same place.We headed straight to enterprise and waited our turn, our flight was delayed 5 hours and we were behind schedule.Alistair or Ali as he introduced himself as looked after us. Registered online before arrival but just confirming in the office before we headed out to see the car.Alistair welcomed my wife and kids once we went outside and handed over our rental for the week.Upon return Alistair was again working and the hand over was again seamless. He welcomed us all back again and inquired how our trip went. Checked over the car, the only issue we had had was the tag came away from the key!Very good service, and great person to have meeting people.Always use enterprise and will not change after this experience.

They're always polite. They're always hovering about waiting for you, ready to whisk those keys outta your hand. Until they're not. Today they were so 4 stars... For this day only!

I had an excellent experience at your Bristol Airport office, the service was outstanding.Elle, the lady who helped me was an employee an employer should be proud to have. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.Definitely would recommend this business

Very disappointed arrived to pick up hired car, was given the keys and told car was out side ask if the car had sat nav and was a lie had no sat nav . And was told sorry the car had 3 quarters of at tank of fuel . There was very poor customer service. The company spend a lot of money over the year with enterprise and you seem to supply poor quality cars and poor customer service . The company RMS have a big contract with enterprise would expect better service.

It was a perfect little car really low fuel use. The staff were really helpful especially on my return Rohan White sorted everything out for me and helped me check the car in, helped unload my luggage and directed me to the shuttle bus.

Great rental experience. We have been brilliantly assisted by Jacob: professional, helpful, patient and polite. He really went the extra mile to help us.

Follow the signs for returnsDon't just head to the office areaI made the mistake of missing the drop off point had move the vehicleThere is a drop box near the returns area if out of hours and the shuttle bus operates 24/7 and it takes no time to transfer to the airport.If you arrive between midnight and 6am you may need to call for a pick up. There is a phone there if you don't have a mobile.

This branch is found by the Silverzone parking for the airport and can be reached by car, or by shuttle bus from the airport itself.With enough vehicles available to sink a ferry, this place will almost certainly have a car or an for you.The building it sits inside houses a large seating area and court while you sort out your rental. There are refreshments available here too and plenty of seatingThe staff here are, as expected, polite, helpful and smiling and always looking to satisfy their customers.I wouldn't expect anything less from Enterprise. The manager Jo and his deputy Ruben run a well oiled team. You won't be disappointed.
