I found the staff are so friendly and helpful when I went one of the staff members his name is Simon he looked for the film's on laptop and went upstairs and got what he had as I have trouble with stairs great is not the word for it

I would say give yourself 10-15mins going into cex as the cues can be a bit long, but you get the job done in the end

I purchased phone from cex and due to overheating very next day I visit to this store and when I asked them to sort me out but they said we can't do anything I waited for whole day and they abused me and staff was very rude specially oversized man speaking very bad things telling me get out of store and also manager was very rude she don't know anything about heating problems about phone.I purchased phone and never be happy from this store I recommend not to use this store to buy anything.

Its allright, staff nice and polite but some games overpriced a bit

Last week i went to CEX, Exactly 7 days ago i handed in my Xbox one X console. Got served and they said they will test it and bank transfer me the money. I heard nothing for 7 days, No voicemail, no phonecall. I walked into the store to find out they failed it. Its been sat there for a week in front of customers. Turns out it had a dodgy HDMI port, I tried it at home and the HDMI ports are fine, The xbox turns on just fine. They did not test it, I know this because the batteries were not in the controller and my profile has not been touched. It was never even switched on. Let me get this straight, Im a technical nerd when it comes to this type of stuff and i can assure you there is nothing wrong with it. You just could not be bothered with it.Management is poor, Standing around doing nothing. Staff have zero clue what they are looking for or looking at, PS5 selling for over £600 is scummy in itself, Your breaking laws. I noticed someone selling a PS5 on the day i handed over my Xbox and you did not test it and handed over the money. Seems anything worth money you will take instantly without a test. Your staff are poorly trained, Store smells of sweat, Playing loud music, But none the less that does not matter, The issue is that you lied to me over and over again. Your store needs investigating.Will not be shopping or selling anything here ever again. Bunch of liars and completly clueless. Picture in the review clearly showing the Xbox working. You did not even test it, Looked at it and called it a day it seems.And lastly i got banned from the store from your poor management, Because i mentioned about the PS5 being to expensive for what they are. Poor customer service skills and requires further customer service training ASAP.Goodbye wont miss you.

Had an issue with a return and a missing voucher. Damiane assisted me, it must have taken him well over 15 minutes, as I had no recipet so he had to troll through the transactions to locate my particular transaction. I must say he was very patient and probably the best customer service adviser I've ever come across. I'll definetly be coming back, credit where its due!

big up my man kris_trapz he supplys the good monster drinks. anyways i bought far cry 3 for ps3 and fallout 4 for ps4, fallout 4 has no 'good' mods if u get me. and fc3 was mid ending 2 was fun. i also bought cyberpunk 2077 and lemme say gausmeh it was leng.

Found staff to be very helpful and got everything I had been looking for.

Very bad experience as staff abuses me and tell me to get out of shop because they sold me faulty phone and I want to return it.Specially man in big size with Beard and the female manager don't know anything about product and just want to abuse customers.They don't listen wasted my whole day and didn't solve my problem.No customer safety and don't know how to treat customers.
