Renfrewshire Orthotics

After a couple of rather uninspiring experiences with other orthotics clinics I ended up here and the service from John who is based here has been absolutely 5 star. He fitted me with a brace which has done a great deal for me and has responded really fast (usually <1 hour) to emails about queries or issues to do with my orthotics. He later sorted out a set of insoles which have worked wonders for a toe issue of mine by promoting correct movement, in stark contrast to another clinic I went to who wanted to block off the movement in the problem areas with carbon fibre braces and insoles which retrospectively was a terrible way to deal with my issues.He also showed me exercises and encouraged to me to deal with my issues that way (which is above and beyond for a n orthotist). This I am extremely grateful of as I had somewhat given up with this approach. Having done exercises frequently for a couple of months now I can say that it is definitely worth it.
