Denise is down to Earth but nurturing as well. She helps ‘clear out my mind’ when there’s too much going on for me to think straight. She’s one of the kindest people I know. After a session I feel lighter, more free and able to see a way forward. She’s a blooming miracle worker!

I thoroughly recommend Denise at Mind Reset for hypnotherapy and for general coaching. She reversed my fear of flying with just one session after I had tried various other approaches, including Fear of Flying days, with less success.
