Great range of products but Aberdeen store completely let down by inexperienced, untrained staff, unable to provide correct advice on different products and lacking customer service which requires significant improvement. I received wrong advice when purchasing a pram which I later had to exchange, terrible service/advice when trying to purchase a car seat, ended up going to John Lewis and they sorted everything quickly, hassle free & staff have much better knowledge of products.

We had a car seat fitting appointment at Mothercare Aberdeen and were assisted by Leoni who was fantastic. We ended up being there well over an hour trying out various types of car seats and bases and Leoni was super helpful, patient and very knowledgeable.

I would like to thank Sarah Jane based at the Aberdeen Berryden shop. She was so helpful to my daughter who was buying a pram. First class service and Sarah Jane an absolute credit to Mothercare

I was there on Saturday, very disappointed how one of the staff member treated me, a lady around 50-60 years old approached immediately to me saying the shop is closed , it was 5:45 so still at least 10 minutes to go but NO! that lady decides during that time to say that to me 3 times !! VERY VERY RUDE!!!I knew what i wanted ( just small gift for my niece ) because i searched online before i came to the shop so that took me literally few minutes to pick it up and was not my fault that i have been waiting for a taxi 25 minutes, i couldn't use my own car by that time after being at hospital.Really not happy about behavior of this lady!

Have been in the last few days and must admit niamh has been incredible, very knowledgeable and just all round great customer service can't fault her in the slightest. Would definitely recommend her.Only down fall is she actually looks like the only member of staff who wants to help as the rest just stand in the middle up the back and talk and unwilling to help.

I had a really bad experience at this store today. My pushchair had a manufacturer fault and they took it in to send away to be repaired but gave me a loan from the store which was in even worse condition than my own one and I even said that to the staff, I felt like I had to take it anyway but when I came back down in the evening to let them know that this wasn't right the lady working named Sarah Jane basically saved the day and helped me so much! So thank you for your help and taking the time to make sure my situation was dealt with in the right way!

We have recently purchased a variety of items, and dealt mainly with Sarah and Leonie. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel like I was being pressurised into making a purchase, and once we did make our choice, it was a pleasant experience.

Went in looking for information on prams, carry cots, and pushchairsc, etc. We were impressed by the number of models they had out to test, and felt like the options were a good cross-section of what is currently available. Lucy H. was absolutely brilliant and knew everything we could have wanted to learn. Definitely went above and beyond to teach us and provide us with excellent service - we'll be back!

My wife has been here a few times to get a feeding bra, but on 3 occasions there was no one around to help fit her. The mother's clothing stock is a little short too. Never seem to have the right size

Very pleased with the staff Sarah Jane. Me and my wife are going to have our first one soon. Due to us being inexperienced, Sarah helped us with everything. We purchased a crib, push chair and almost all the needful. Sarah dedicated a whole hour with us trying to help us in logical and reasonable shopping. We ended up purchasing everything in an hour.Charlie was kind in helping us providing a demo for the car seat.would always recommend to shop in Mothercare Aberdeen.
