St Paul's City Lofts.
There is no denying the location and arrangement if the building. However it lacks maintenance and one if the lifts is almost always broken. One cannot take the stairs upto the 32nd floor and residents are highly dependent on this lift. The picture shown is depicting the lift that was broken 2 weeks ago and as I write this review there seems no schedule apparent to fix it and conceirge are not aware of any date in the forseeable future this could be fixed. Perhaps a miracle could happen and it gets auto fixed, but paying such a high rent and council tax you really dont get your value of investment.
