Stratstone Land Rover Newcastle

I had an excellent customer experience at Stratstone in Newcastle. Probably the best experience I have had of any dealership. The team were incredibly helpful, knowledgable and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend.

Been here twice to look at cars. Both times all cars are locked so first time we looked around the forecourt expecting a salesman to come out and open up which never happened. Second time we looked around forecourt and no one came, so we went in and asked reception if a salesperson could assist. Amazingly there was not one person available to open any cars. Not one! We were told as soon as someone was free they would be sent out to us. Waited 10 more mins before leaving. Will not be back!

Really cannot shout loudly enough about what a great experience my visit today to the dealership was.I only went in for an adblue top up and the service I received absolutely outstripped any other dealership I have been to.I was given the most friendly greeting by the receptionist who was warm and a really great first impression.I was later assisted by Jamie in the parts department who was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable.. He explained every step of the process in a way that made me feel valued and not patronised at all.All in all a great experience.

I called up this dealership to enquire about a car they had in stock. This was around 1pm on a Saturday. The woman I spoke to was sort of helpful but when I asked her about service plans, she told me that the team that deal with that had already left for the day and wouldn't be back in until Monday. She said they would call me back and they never did. Obviously not bothered.

The worst service I have ever received from a car service department!No one knows what’s going on. Ordered a key which took two weeks which is fair enough. Called twice to make sure it’s 100% in stock because I had a feeling no one knew what was going on. They advised me to come on Friday 14th at anytime. I arrived they said it will take one hour and half which they didn’t say originally. Then after waiting one hour they came to tell me the wrong key has been ordered. Service advisor was so rude whilst booking me in to.Avoid at all costs!

Excellent service from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to recommend Stratstone at Silver Link Newcastle to anyone thinking of purchasing either a Jaguar or Land Rover.The staff from entering the showroom at reception through to purchasing and after sales are wonderful. First class Customer Service. They listen to what you want and make sure you are happy with your purchase. A rare thing these days.Thank you Stratstone Newcastle.

We have recently purchased a new Land Rover Discovery Sport from this branch and we are more than happy to write a good review! All the staff were so courteous and polite and met my every need even from the first day, answering any questions I asked and taking care to explain anything that I didn't understand in further detail. They put in visible effort to meet my needs and answer any queries, and it was obvious that they were happy to do so. The staff took time to help me make decisions suitable for my lifestyle, even going as far as to help with selecting the colour of the car. A special thanks to Micheal Beattie who went to lengths to ensure a comfortable experience for me and my family, helping all through the purchase, installing any useful apps, joining us on the test drive, coming out and explaining features of the car and explaining everything extremely well. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone interested in buying a new car. Outstanding effort and work from all the staff!

Called yesterday evening, it was pouring with rain, had my 3 small grandchildren in back of car. I had broken down, AA got me back on road and was advised to go directly to the garage for the part for my car. Apparently the fuel filter housing and temperature sensor clips had broken off. Anth and Jamie at the garage couldn’t have been more helpful as diesel was leaking out of the car. They wiped my car and even replaced the part for me there and then as I would have been unable to get home. Even advising me and telling me how to jet wash my engine to clean the diesel off. We can’t thank them both enough they certainly went the extra mile for their customers . Well done lads.
