Absolutely zero support for customers!!!After 8 years and 4 phones with them and paying insurance they give me faulty phone. Took it back on 2 September and apparently in few days they will replace it.Nothing happens so I went back to the shop on Sunday 17th. The phone is still not there. Nobody knows way. Apparently will be send on 18 Monday. Today is 21st still nothing.Just avoid the place.Zero stars !

lovely experience with Salah; employee at this branch. He was chatty and extremely helpful to my tech clueless parents and I without being condescending.He ensured we were shown all the best deals and every option possible even down to the phone colour.He showed us various deals and really knows how to make a sale without being pushy and always kept a smile on his face and a positive attitude even with my picky mum:)Thank you, Salah!

This used to be a really good place to come for any advice regarding mobiles. However now only one person serving very unhelpful.Could not have cared less that I had been waiting for over 10 minutes. Will never use this store again.

How on earthhhhh do you let only one staff member run the whole shop, i have been waiting for 30 minutes to be served. I am currently in the store still waiting to be served and no one is actually here to help. Absolutely obnoxious management

Staff is rude and pushy, start dealing with us then when we nearly finished left us alone and start closing deal with another customer extremely unhelpful and unprofessional avoid if you can

Best branch ever. The wait is well worth it.I had the pleasure to meet Jai who went above and beyond to satisfy my needs and make sure I got my new phone right away instead of waiting for delivery. He even stayed after opening hours to make sure I got everything I need. Well if that isn’t the best kind of customer service, I don’t know what is. It’s been a pleasure to be in that store and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.Keep the good work and make sure employees like Jai get recognised for their hard work.!
