I started with a pulled or torn muscle when doing barbell RDLs. From then I wasn’t able to do any pull down exercises or pull up due to the pain and discomfort. A few weeks later it was improving but was able to get to about 50% of my normal weights. So I decided to book a sport massage with George.After 1 visit I was vastly improved and after my second visit the improvement was exceptional.First class professional friendly service. Highly recommended.

I went to George with a trapped nerve feeling in my shoulder and very limited movement. After a single session I had far less pain and way more movement. After a few days I was pretty much back to normal. I can't rate George highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant. My visit was due to pulling something in my lower back. George made me feel at ease from start to finish. He checked in with me the day after my visit and a few days later to see how things were feeling which was much appreciated.I will definitely be visiting again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending George to anyone in the future.

George is a lovely chap with a calming attitude and a heavy hand. He understands the client’s needs well and won’t hold back from a sore spot, I see him regularly and he has been able to mitigate my injuries and get me back to training pain free!

Don't often leave Google reviews but had to for George. I've had a recurring injury on my lower back which dates back years, I'd tried multiple fixes and multiple physios only for the problem to remain. After a couple of sessions with George it's as good as new. Any future issues, I know who I'll be going to - super friendly, warm and welcoming as well which is always a plus. Highly recommend. Came to George with pain in my lower back from the gym and after a few sessions he’s got me to a point where I can confidently get back to lifting a solid weight. Highly recommend him for anyone struggling with aches and pains!!
