Sam did a great job of helping us out when we were stuck with a split run flat. He was tight for time as we just turned up but was super helpful and found time and space to get us back on the road. Really appreciated and helped the family get home when we would have been stuck by the side of the road otherwise. Cheers for the help Sam.

Useless place. Don't go there, went there on Thursday ,on reception they told me they are busy and they booked my appointment for next Thursday 9am,so I left my car next Thursday for diagnose the issue, they kept my car for whole day and did nothing, they even didn't bother to call me back whole day, collected my car 6pm,why they gave appointment at 9am,they should see my as appointment time.just waist of time, don't go there

I came in at 17.45pm and the garage closed at 6pm. I had two tyres that were bald and I was due to go to London the following day for an interview. Most garages would have turned me away as it meant they did not finish my car until 6.15pm. The guy on the customer service desk said it’s no problem and treat Kwik fit like it was his own business looking after customers, going the extra mile and of course increasing sales by in the process. I manage 20 catering facilities and would love my staff to take this type of ownership for the business and display this passion and drive. I hope the team get a bonus for all there dedication and had work as a business is only as good as the staff that represent it.

Zak and Sam were brilliant. No pressure on service or feedback. They even told me of a dangerous defect that ATS had previously failed to log on the MOT!Totally blown away with their all round service and commitment to quality!
