Europcar Kirkwall - Orkney Islands

The rental station is hard to find. The station is the local Ford car dealership. They have no sign! Also during the booking we became no information about the special position. It took us and other guest a lot of times and nerves. The person at the pick up in the car dealership was very unfriendly. He was very hard to understand. At that station in is very important that you speak very good English. I did a online check in via Europcar. But the the person in the station laught at me and told me they are not Europcar so we had to do the time consuming check in again. I don't understand why Europcar is providing a online check in for that station. The car was OK and very clean. But I can't recommend that Europcar station.

Very pleasant and polite
