Steve arrived on time detected fault in minutes and removed damaged pipe. Here returned a few days later and fitted new pipe and recharged the system. Very professional and excellent service at a reasonable price. Very satisfied and highly recommend to anyone wanting AC repaired at home.

I contacted JSB by email to check out my air conditioning which was inoperative. Steve contacted me by phone within a matter of hours and came out the same day to look at my car.He advised me of the problem, gave me a price and we arranged a date to carry out the repair. Steve arrived on the dot and carried out the work quickly. I contacted Steve who came our right away and was able to diagnose that the noise was coming from a dry bearing within the compressor. Steve ordered the new part and fitted the compressor with no problem, all with a two year guarantee.I’ve mentioned already that Steve is the man to go to if you have any air con issues. I had Steve down to sort out my air conditioning. Steve quickly found the issue, sorted a leaking pipe, and fitted a new condenser. A decent spud to keep in my go-to contacts for getting work done.

Steve is brilliant at his job. He came on a weekend to inspect a leak in my AC and found it pretty quickly. He was transparent advising that the leaky component rarely fails, it would involve a major disassemble, and it’s likely the car already had the issue before I got it. He supported me in providing all the information needed to start a claim with the seller and the repair got covered by the warranty. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again in the future.

Highly recommend Steve’s service. Although he couldn’t fix our air conditioning (due to a manufacturing fault) he gave us all the valuable information to go to dealership and spent time showing us the fault. Friendly and professional and would definitely recommend.
