Shocking clueless company cancel several times then after I book leave to go they say whole trail is cancelled they are shocking admin have no idea what's going on

My experience during a COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial with Panthera has been superb.I have never participated in a clinical trial before, so was quite apprehensive, but the staff and medical team at Panthera explained everything thoroughly to me and I felt at ease.The trial itself was easy to participate in and I felt comfortable throughout. I would definitely participate in another clinical trial at Panthera if I was eligible.

Brilliant center, staff have good humour, and made me feel safe.

Not off to a good startMy sat NAV wouldn't recognise the post code. Google Maps did but told me to turn into garstang road. There's no such road. After driving around and ending up in Preston royal I called panthera and was given clear directions by the lady on the phone.I eventually found reception and was essentially ignored. It became apparent that several people had been waiting for a long time. The staff blamed the computer systems but a simple explanation on my arrival would have helped.It was ok in the end and the staff were very pleasant.This morning I attempted to complete the diary. I had to close down the app before it would work.My advise would be:Give clear location directionsIf there are delays, explain this on arrivalSort out the technology before inviting people to attend

Had a liver test done. The result was good. No research needed for me.

My experience was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful .

Applied and was accepted for a clinical trial. Found the place immediately and it’s immaculate staff are very helpful they reassure and explain the trial. Highly recommended

I first attended your Preston clinic when I eventually found it.(14/07) Luckily I had set out in ample time so I was still early. I had an interview with a nurse who filled in a mass of forms much of which was duplicated information. I was then taken for an ultrasound scan and on completion these would be studied by a clinician. I filled in an another set of forms and left. I received a phone call the following week to arrange another appointment which I attended today (26/07). I was seen by a lady doctor who then proceeded to ask me all the same questions. I told her that all the information she was requesting had been furnished at the previous appointment. However we ploughed on and at the end she advised me that I was not qualified to partake in the study because I am too old. The first question on the form asked my age and gave the parameters for the study so I am at a loss to understand why we continued to the bitter end. I have been compensatedfor the mileage however I feel that some compensation is due for the wasted 2 half days. I leave it to you to decide what level you feel is appropriate

Whilst medical staff are pleasant and seem efficient, the administration is awful. They don't answer the phone and, if you are patient and lucky enough to get an answer, they don't return your call as promised. They don't reply to emails and, although they promise payments and expenses I have never received any.
