Wedding Dress Cleaners

We used Wedding Dress Cleaners twice. The first time was 11 months after our January wedding. We were lucky enough to have rain and snow, so my dress was soaking wet, with loads of dirt and grass stains, plus it had a a few rips where it had been stood on. After our wedding day I had just hung it in the garment bag and left it. I had little hope of those stain coming out. PLUS...I wanted to wear my dress for out 1st anniversary where we had a photo shoot planned.Not only did Wedding Dress Cleaners get my dress back to me in time for the photo shoot, the repairs on the dress were almost invisible, I struggled for ages to actually find them and the stains were barely there at all and could only be seen on the underskirt of my dress, not one stain on the outside of my dress. They also gave me a discount towards my second clean :-)On both occasions, the customer service was exceptional with great communication, advising me exactly what was possible and keeping me updated of progress. The whole service was outstanding and I felt reassured that my dress was in safe hands.

Amazing service from start to finish. Had to send things separately as veil had gone missing after the wedding and this was no problem. Dress and veil look pristine. They were able to deliver back to a different address than the collection one with no fuss. Prompt and friendly responding to my emails (and there were many due to missing veil and change to delivery!). Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Absolutely ruined my one-off designer dress; satin material turned like crusty paper and they also turned it pink (originally champagne colour)!! Took 6 months to get back, company communication awful; ignored my emails, didn’t call me back, didn’t keep me up to date etc. Actually made me pay to get my dress back when should have compensated me for the cost of the dress as it is ruined beyond compare.

Efficient and honest service, the dress was worn at an outdoor lockdown wedding in the spring and the whole bottom section of the lace dress had soaked up the mud. Very happy with the service. After researching and talking to Maria about my dress, I choose Atlantic. My dress has a LARGE skirt and I was worried it would get crushed even in an extra-large box. My dress came back beautifully clean and lovingly folded and packed in a large box – I don’t know how they did it, LOL!

I was very impressed with the collection and return of my wedding dress. It was hassle free and arrange for days and time convenient for me. The team were ones about stains that would be hard to remove. Staff were responsive and quickly rectified a problem where my underskirt hadn't been returned. This came the next day packaged as beautifully as my dress had been.

What a fantastic service from start to finish. My daughter's wedding dress was returned in a beautiful box. I was pretty nervous about having my coloured shot silk, intricately embroidered wedding corset and skirt dry cleaned because I am extremely fond of it and wear it pretty regularly. I have to be honest, it really needed cleaning! I may have worn it clubbing, to festivals and balls for some considerable time before considering the urgent necessity of having it cleaned to remove the evidence of years of happy use;-)Atlantic bridal clean were exemplary in their communication, cleaning and timescale. They are a family firm and it really shows in their attention to detail and customer service.They managed to remove the vast majority of the long-standing stains on my corset, which was quite impressive. Unfortunately, I have now worn it again and got marks on it! At least I now know where to go for an efficient and reliable – and very specialist – dry cleaning service. I will be back and I won't leave it so long this time ;-)

I sent my dress to be cleaned, not knowing how long it would take (I know, my bad :( ) and then when I was advised of the timeframe, I panicked! I spoke to them and they were amazing! Pulled out all the stops to make sure I had my dress back with me as quickly as possible. Amazing service. Would highly recommend. x

My wedding dress arrived back today and I had a tear in my eyes unpacking it - Debbie and her team did such an amazing job that it looks brand new. I am in awe!I was not at all hopeful that it even could be restored to its former glory as I sent through shoes and a dress train that were almost black with stains (they were trashed!) but everything has come back immaculately.Even the fine details such as keeping my something blue evil eye bead, the note from my husband on the soles of my shoes, and the repairs to the snags on my dress just go to show the level of care they’ve taken with my precious memories.I love the Parisienne protective boxes too. I am delighted with the results, thank you so much!
