I have been coming here with my car for the past 2-3 years. Osgoods is an excellent garage and have always gone the extra mile. Friendly staff and a honest service! I highly Recommend Graham and his team!

The best garage I've ever used (in over 25 years). A really friendly, honest bunch that are always ready with a smile, a friendly chat and a reassuring feeling that they will do their utmost to give you the best service they possibly can. You know, that feeling that as a customer, you're treated well as they know you'll come back in the future. Not the way other garages try to make a quick buck.

I can not recommend Osgood’s enough. They have looked after my vehicles for several years now and have always given me a very high level of service and not tried to just make money from me, but have spent time investigating the problem (which has often been far more minor that the computer says!!!) and have helped me out with simple things like changing my light bulbs. I would recommend to anyone that they take their vehicle here as they really are trustworthy and do not try and rip you off. You also get an attempt at witty banter from the owner Graham , which is worth a laugh

I really rate Osgood's. Every time I've phoned them about an issue with my car, they always just tell me to pop in so they can have a look and even if they can't fix it there and then they always make sure the car is safe and I'm happy. The service is excellent. Even small things like giving the car a once over before I go on a long journey - once you're a customer it feels like you're under their protection. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic customer service, Graham and his team go the extra mile to make sure you go away happy. Been using Osgoods for 8 years now and they have consistantly provided a great service for our 4 vehicles. They are always happy to help me out when i need them to sort one of the cars at short notice. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

A long overdue review from us for Osgoods! We can't rate Graham and his team highly enough. Always professional and courteous. From regular maintenance to emergency repairs, we just wouldn't take our cars anywhere else.

I am reluctant to write this review as I really don't want to share this gem of a car servicing and repair centre with anyone else! Graham, Maria and all the staff are great. They go out of their way to make sure that all customers are really happy with the service given. They go the extra mile, with Graham contacting a main dealer for me over a warranty issue for which I was really grateful. They have gone out of their to help when there have been issues with the car to enable me to get back on the road as quickly as possible. Really can't recommend them highly enough!

Exceptional Service.Having recently used the garage for an MOT and to have the brakes sorted on my Audi, I have to say the whole experience had been completely flawless.I made my MOT booking at short notice, due to getting my dates mixed up, and they were most accommodating in finding an MOT slot available to keep me running. During the MOT process Graham (owner) kept me informed of the condition of my vehicle and noted that the brakes had considerable wear, yet were still within the legal wear limits. Due to needing my vehicle for work I made and booking for a follow up appointment to have the brake pads changed, which with using genuine Audi parts Osgood's were significantly more competitive than Audi and other independent garages in the catchment area.I cannot rate Osgood's highly enough for their professionalism, honesty and willingness to go the extra mile. From witnessing Graham's interactions with other customers in the premises on the day, it is clear that this is a family run business, and the customer base is treated as an extension of that family.

Osgoods is absolutely amazing, very professional and outstanding service.Went well beyond the 'country mile' to fix a brake issue and spend time analyzing and fixing an issue which a dealer wouldn't bother with and saved me ££££ on the repair (incl. large discount on labour time).Graham is never too busy to discuss options, best course of action and ways to make the work optimum and cost friendly.Wealth of knowledge and very informative. Put me on the right track with regards to an Audi warranty issue which they had charged me for but should not have. Was happy also to act as a sounding board and provide ongoing assistance in the matter (unpaid) to ensure a positive outcome.Absolutely 100% genuine, upfront, honest, transparent and professional. Massive shoutout to Graham and his team. They pulled out all the stops to get my Golf R’s clutch replaced, when no one else would so I could go to work. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Will be coming back again for future servicing.
